Flexo
The trend in label printing
is towards thinner films that are extremely sensitive to heat. Modern
UV systems ensure curing at high speed and include options that direct
heat away from the web to avoid registration and tension problems.
Screen
Printing
Thicker inks tend to flow-out
and can block the screen mesh leading to poor print definition. UV screen
inks cure instantly, producing clean prints with sharp images and fine
type.
Coating
and Varnishing
With UV curable varnishes or
coatings drying power is not necessary, so the end result is brilliant
gloss with excellent abrasion and chemical resistance.
Manufacturing

State of the art UV curing
systems developed especially for bonding, printing and coating CDs and

3-Dimensional
Coating

to cure coatings on even the most complex three dimensional shapes. Systems
can be integrated in fixed positions or use robotics for areas that would
otherwise be inaccessible. Curing in a matter of seconds cuts energy costs
